Select or Division 1 is the highest level of competitive play.   Players at this level are very motivated to improve their skills and often play soccer year-round as their primary sport.  Teams select their players through tryouts.  Division 1 teams typically participate in the fall soccer season and attend several tournaments each year, with some travel involved.  For more details, see the "Playing Levels" link on this page.

Tryouts for Comp/Select teams are beginning in December 2008 and will continue through the early months of 2009 depending on individual team schedules.  See the Comp Teams or Select Teams pages for listings of tryout times and locations.
