The playing year officially goes from Aug 1st to July 31st. So we are currently in the 2008/2009 playing year. However, tryouts are now being conducted for Comp & Select teams to play in Fall 2009, and most teams are already advertising team age based on 2009/2010 playing year. The next Recreational season will also take place in Fall 2009. To determine your player’s age group for the 2009/2010 year, consult the table below. Note that some age groups are combined in the Recreational Division. No combinations take place in the Competitive Divisions.
