Send-offs for Div. 1 and Div. 3

Make sure to contact A.J. immediately after you game has terminated.  I report needs to be made and can be found at  http://www.d2sra.org/forms/sendoff.lasso. 

When a referee referee sends off a player or team official he needs this information to complete the process. This includes writing the report and sending the pass to the correct administrator.   There is a set of instructions at d2sra.org , which covers Abronzino and Delgado Leagues. The web based form sends a copy of the report  to the correct administrator and generates a pdf copy for the referee to send in with the pass. The biggest problem we have is when a referee delays writing up the report and a players pass is "lost".  Direction and communication can solve a lot of these problems.
